The team will focus on mechanism by which service is delivered. This includes the business policy services provision and procedures. It is important that the policies be tested before the launch of the product.

The team will conduct test to determine level of efficient of the front staff in explaining the features of the new product to the customers.  A step by step guide on how to set up a new current account and prepaid card system will be issued to front line staff. This will ensure that no confusion will occur during the launching of the cards. In addition front, line staff will be closely monitored to ensure that they smoothly deliver service to the customer.

The customer’s feedback will be sort. This will provide data necessary for continuous service improvement. Once the change team is identified, then the members will attend training. The team will then proceed to the following steps.

1. Define the change and process that will be targeted by market plan. The team will administer the team assessment questionnaire before conducting the training and implementing the market plan. The result of this survey will provide some baseline of grading the effectiveness of intervention.
