The article did numerous studies involving issuance of online and physical tests in order to gauge on the level and differences in learner performance. Students in the course taxes together with those of personnel finance ascribed to different styles of learning. As described by Kolb’s learning style inventory, learning among different learners is subject to the student perception and conception of the learning style together with the environment in which learning is taking place. As replicated by the article, many learners perform well because they are suited to the learning style or that the learning style adopted suits their likes and intentions of learning. This has often led to change in the methodologies of learning depending on what the learners prefer as the best and suitable learning styles and environment. Random samples collected among different learners indicated that the style of learning had no direct impact on the level of performance of the learners. The samples and modules administered online and in hand depicted similarities in the level of performance of the learners. The student learning styles together with online module study materials and tests replicated similarity in the overall learner performance. As such, different learning styles have no direct reflection on the level and nature of performance among learners. As analyzed by ANOVA, the results, which depicted no- relation between learning styles of learners and performance, are applied in the field where learners are able to learn with varied learning styles but with one single learning outcome.
