CAM stands for the U.S National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine. Four models used for Chiropractic Clinical Integration in the Healthcare Delivery System include parallel practice, collaborative practice, consultative practice, and coordinated practice. Parallel practices involves patients integrating their own health care, collaborative practice occurs when there is a need to refer a patient to another practitioner for additional advice, consultative practice occurs when two professionals work together in every aspect of care, and coordinated practice has an established decision making system that is enacted by someone other than the practitioner.

Define Chiropractic requisites include educational Pre-requisites in order to become a Chiropractor. Is the same for all Chiropractic Colleges? Who governs the educational curriculum?

To become an educational practitioner, a candidate must have completed a BS, graduated from Chiropractic College, passed the national board, and met state licensing requirements. However, this is not the same for all chiropractic colleges. Minimum requirements are set by the Association of Chiropractic Colleges (ACC).
