This is because one of the individuals who registered for the seminar, Harry, had called me on the day, explaining that his health condition would not allow him to take our regular meals. Harry had been diagnosed with a gluten allergy. However, during our lunches, I discovered that I only had four lunches that were gluten-free for my members. Besides, I realized that there was one extra regular lunch. Absurdly, no one needed this one traditional lunch. During this moment I tried to call, but you weren’t in. However, the customer service explained that in their records, I only ordered four gluten-free meals. I suspect that my request was not added to your list.

Therefore, could you please correct the invoice and ensure that you arrange the delivery and the replacement information. This should also include the amount to be deducted.

Dear Rose,

First, I want to thank you for choosing our hotel to help you secure food for your people at the seminar. Also, thank you for being patient with us amidst the numerous mistakes during our deliveries. Regardless, I am rechecking and correcting the existing errors in the invoice that I had sent you earlier. I am hoping that you will be able to accept the correct ted invoice once we send it to you for scrutiny.

Over the last few months, we have seen an influx of customers and clients who tend to order large amounts of food from our hotel. Some of them have also requested the same type of food that you asked for earlier. Most of them also prefer that when they make some corrections on their orders, they are implemented during the deliveries. This has given our workers severe backlogs in their work, given that we have few employees. When you made your request for the extra order, I had ordered the additional preparation of the type of food. This is because we have increasing cases of patients who are diagnosed with the same kind of disease. Besides, Sirius acknowledged that you called and made the instructions due to this as explained in your mail. We discussed some of the communication areas that we may need to b implement as soon as the customers make orders.

This will help me make the necessary changes in the template as soon as we can to allow efficient delivery of services.
