As a valuable and long-term customer of Green Wave, we are so very sorry to hear about your experience with our employees! Unfortunately, the employees sent out on that particular day were the cause of a mix up that normally never occurs within our organization. New hires are typically never sent out by themselves, yet this did occur – and you and your fish have suffered for this mistake. Those employees are no longer with our service, as we stand by our work.

As a prized customer, there is no question that we will pay for the damage incurred, and we are sorry about the loss of your fish – we know they mean a lot to you. A check has already been sent out. While it may be beyond your willingness, we would be honored to retain you as one of our best customers.  Should you be interested in continuing to work with us, we would be willing to take 20% off of this next season’s services to you. And please, rest assured, I will personally see to it that you receive service from our most capable and responsible employees.
