Project Scope

Reportedly, GBEA is currently operating within 200 stores nationwide and caters to at least 15,000 employees all in all. Several thousand among these employees are noted as branch cashiers. Relatively, these individuals [cashiers] have reportedly been involved in instances of theft during their shifts once or at some point even more than once during their entire career spent with the company. Through implicating the Behavioral Risk Profile Plus approach, it is expected that ACG would be able to help out in making sure that the new and the remaining cashiers in the company would not engage in such behavioral problems anymore. Specifically, this project hopes to cover the following points of improvement:

  • During the point of analysis, the consultants of ACG shall help HR Department Heads of GBAE in the evaluation of results. Upon the decision of approving the program’s applicability in the company, the administrators of GBAE shall be involved as well.

Company Administration Responsibilities

  • Provide necessary documents needed for the starting point of the project’s application
  • Concentrate on how the procedures of the Behavioral Risk Profile Plus could be integrated on the current systems that the HRD of the company use to screen and hire applicants for cashiering positions.
  • Provide ACG with the documentation on the results taken from the test procedures for reevaluation on the part of ACG consultants which shall proceed to approval of program use depending on the compatibility it has with the situation of the company being assisted.

ACG Consulting Services Responsibilities

  • Provide authenticated and well tested pretest program of the Behavioral Risk Profile Plus model platform that GBEA administrators could use
  • Respond to support issues when it comes to the use of the program in actual hiring and employee evaluation procedures
  • Provide documents that show the contemplating result that the program has based on the results submitted by the administrators after the project trial schedule ends

Estimated Schedule

  • The trial period for the project shall last for at least three months. This shall allow the administrators to use the program during the point of hiring and then again on the first quarter of the employed staff in the aim of reevaluating their behavior and their performance in the organization during their first months in the business.

Completion Criteria

  • Everything stipulated within the responsibilities of both GBAE and ACG parties shall be completed within the given time [three months]

Estimated Charges

ACG shall only charge the administrators of GBAE for the complete package of the Behavioral Risk Profile Plus program after the approval of its application after the three-month trial period. For the consulting fee, given the time and effort dedicated by ACG into the project an estimated cost of $150 is expected to be calculated inclusive of tax. For the complete package of the program, at least $230 is to be paid for by the GBAE administration once the project is approved for company application.

Deliverables

Documentations on the employee records, test results and analysis points shall be submitted between parties as required during particular phases of the completion process of the project. All these documentations are to be kept into record for future references in case GBAE develop particular complaints, clarifications and other issues needed to be addressed in the future.

Terms and Conditions

Employee detail as well as company system operation data shall be kept in full confidence by the ACG administrators and shall not be used for future assistance works on other companies. Relatively, the results could be used as reference for future projects of the company; nevertheless, no specific private information shall be divulged in case such need occurs.
