Laws protect the rights of citizens of any country. Therefore, spreading information about the law is important because it will ensure that everyone who gets that information follows the law (Flaga et al., 2641). The security of citizens in a certain country depends on the laws of that country, and different people may understand the same from different perspectives. Therefore, there is the need to spread information about a certain law to ensure that all citizens have the same understanding of that certain law (Flaga et al., 2641). “For instance, in Poland, due to the many changes in political affairs now and then, disseminating information about law needs to be a key activity.”
When information about the law is being disseminated, certain instruments must be used for the information to reach everyone effectively. The internet has been the most used way to spread information about laws. However, other instruments such as articles, magazines, newspapers, and books are being widely used to spread information about laws. Electronic devices have been on the top of the list of instruments used to spread information about laws. Using these instruments will ensure that the information reaches the citizens who need to be protected by it and the people in authority required to enforce these laws and ensure that each citizen follows the law.
The way the information about the law is delivered to the audience is also considered. There are some groups with special status, and they need to be addressed in a special manner. Such groups are patients and consumers (Flaga et al., 2642). “In turn, the legislator determined expressis verbis that the patient has the right to information on the patient’s rights set out in this Act and in separate provisions, taking into account the limitations of these rights set out in these provisions, in Art. 11 paragraph 1 of the Act of 6 November 2008 on Patient Rights and the Patient Ombudsman,” (Flaga et al., 2642). During the peak of the Covid19 epidemic, Poland had to enforce some laws to protect the citizens from increased infections by isolating those already infected by the disease.
The scope of information should also be considered. Information being disseminated should be valid and delivered in the right manner (Flaga et al., 2643). Nothing should be added or removed from the specific information about the law, and it makes it a call to the internet in spreading the information (Flaga et al., 2643). Internet may mislead many citizens by providing false or outdated information.
The covid19 pandemic caused changes in how information about the law was delivered or disseminated to the people (Flaga et al., 2649). Due to the ban on the overcrowding of people in public places, new strategies of delivering information that would not break this law were to be used (Flaga et al., 2649). It made the internet use in delivering information increase by a huge percentage.
In conclusion, delivering correct and up-to-date information is key (Flaga et al., 2650). Information about valid law will be important to both the legislator and the citizen. Therefore, effective ways of spreading the information should be implemented to better the security of the citizens in Poland. The information being disseminated should not be complex, and it should be clear and precise so that the audience will have a common understanding and be easily informed.
