The public policies are in alignment with many of the activities which I practice in my spare time.

After the last cleanup of the neighborhood lot, many of the community leaders came and praised us for the two fold wonderful efforts that we had done. The first was to clean up an eyesore. The second was to produce food for the more needy members of the community. It may only be a few tomatoes and cabbages which grow in the victory gardens; however, the little that is produced is making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Theme Three

The future health concerns which are shown by this assessment demonstrate that I should perform physical exercise more regularly. I am willing to join a gym when I have more available time. The motivation for this behavior change is to maintain a healthy body which will hopefully reduce future health care expenses. The challenge which I perceive with this behavior change is time management. I plan to wake up earlier and sleep one hour less per day in order to derive the increased benefits of daily physical exercise.
