Health Law Faces Grave Legal Technicalities, Article Review Example

The Supreme Court is currently reviewing the Affordable Care Act Law that has a passage specifying that there is an ambiguity to the Welfare and Health reform annoted the budget costs that omits the permission for the consumers to have the benefit to receive subsidies from the federal marketplace. My opinion to this problem of ambiguity with the consumers purchasing the subsidies from the federal marketplace should allow the addition of the (aliens) consumers to pay their taxes from getting imposed for their alien status; if this is the intended interpretation. In despite of Democrats and Republicans have longed fought over the ideological of what “could” be in the grave – in terms of the immigration law – into an institution or deprivation. This legal technical error was once thought that Republicans may salvage the subsidies in return to write off taxes from employer based health insurance plans, with exception to the aliens whose status can change to U.S. citizen. By the stroke of President Obama’s pen, the effect may be a costly thought to the Republicans. Resetting,the Welfare Reform Technical Corrections Act of 1997 and the Affordable Care Act cannot lessen the chance ofexacerbating the ambiguity of legal technicalities.
