I have always been inquisitive by nature, thus, it was only natural I became interested in science at an early age. In addition, I belong to a family which believes in service to the community. I soon realized I wanted to go into medical profession because I did well in science subjects, particularly, biology and second, I wanted a profession which has a significant impact on the wellbeing of the society. I believe one should pursue a career path in life which he will not only enjoy but which will also be a good fit to his values and strengths.

We live in exciting times where even the medical profession has been going through dramatic progress due to technological advancements. Thus, in order to keep myself up-to-date with the emerging trends, I read on a variety of subject matters including business, healthcare, technology, bioengineering, and robotics. I will maintain the same learning attitude as a medical student and this is why I am particularly interested in the medical program at (University Name). I have heard a lot about the quality of instruction at (University Name) Medical School as well as the highly intelligent and smart student body. I look forward to taking advantage of all the in-class and out-of-class learning opportunities and am sure I will be an effective ambassador of the university in the real world through my both professional achievements and contributions towards the community.
