Overview

Mobicom Company Limited aims at providing communication services with mobile phones. This is enabled through the passage of information by online talking, email, voice mail and messaging via mobile phones. Mobicom has realized the need for communication system where highly developed mobile phones can be used to serve all communication needs. It thus endeavors to avail these mobile devices to the market and enable its use in the various ways of information transmission.

Mission Statement

Mobicom Company Limited aims to be the leading mobile devices selling the company to enable multiple information transfer. It seeks to avail developed mobile devices, which can be used for various purposes and in a unified manner.

Why the Need for the Proposal

Mobicom saw the need to venture into the business due to the huge demand for a means of communication, which can be flexibly used amongst a number of people. Individuals and corporate have the need to access the information through phone calls, messages, voice mails and emails thus the need for a supplier. The need for high performance mobile devices is premised on the high demand for devices, which can efficiently perform various tasks.

Sales and Marketing Strategy

With the objective of being the leading provider of high performance mobile devices, we have strategies on how to market and make sales. We first have to embark on an aggressive, direct sale initiative, which seeks to introduce the devices into the market and address its utilities. We shall also conduct market segmentation where we shall introduce the devices to individuals and business, which needs its services. There is also need to collaborate with other stakeholders to reach the target market. Mobicom can strategically put salespersons to collaborate with individuals and businesses across United States.

Cost Approximates

We wish to put in place a business with a continuing revenue growth with minimal operating expenses. The business will source a better part of its revenue from share contribution from its shareholders (Irving, 2011). We will make supplementations of expected expenditure using loans applied from financial institutions. The benefits from sales and marketing will also be a boost to the company’s revenue.

Mobicom Company Limited seeks to be successful in its business operations and thus should achieve one or more of the following objectives in order to rate its success. The company should be able to make profits by remaining with some money after paying operating expenses and debts. It should also grow its customer base as a sign of reaching its target market. Customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction are also excellent indicators of success in the business. The shareholders should be satisfied with the operations of the business for it to be regarded as a success.

The business should, however, be wary of trends in the market in order to remain relevant vis a vis its competitors. They should be able to avail for sale the latest and most developed devices to the market. The agency should also change its marketing styles according to the requirements and challenges of the market.
