We wish to put in place a business with a continuing revenue growth with minimal operating expenses. The business will source a better part of its revenue from share contribution from its shareholders (Irving, 2011). We will make supplementations of expected expenditure using loans applied from financial institutions. The benefits from sales and marketing will also be a boost to the company’s revenue.

Mobicom Company Limited seeks to be successful in its business operations and thus should achieve one or more of the following objectives in order to rate its success. The company should be able to make profits by remaining with some money after paying operating expenses and debts. It should also grow its customer base as a sign of reaching its target market. Customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction are also excellent indicators of success in the business. The shareholders should be satisfied with the operations of the business for it to be regarded as a success.

The business should, however, be wary of trends in the market in order to remain relevant vis a vis its competitors. They should be able to avail for sale the latest and most developed devices to the market. The agency should also change its marketing styles according to the requirements and challenges of the market.
