The desire to pursue a career in the field of Architecture was on my life from an early stage , when as a child I often found myself alone for hours trying to draw different objects base on how I saw them, animals, insects, the clouds, cars, leaves, trees, houses and even human beings were not spared.

However, it was not until I grew older and began searching the internet, reading newspaper articles, and magazines covering the subject that I began feeling a level of attraction to this field and began based on the connection that this is where my career would lead.

The beauty of many of the high rise buildings, the external and internal color designs captured on houses that were being advertised, the shape and designs of windows and staircases, as well as the use of the landscaping designs and the natural lights to accentuate the hidden quality of bedrooms, living rooms and bathrooms, could not escape my attention, as well as the inner self which silently was absorbing everything like a sponge does with water. My desire began to grow stronger as I got older, and I felt that I must do something in terms of preparations.

Communication and strong determination I surmised seems to be among the qualities I believe would be necessary to achieve my ultimate goal, so I began to focus specifically on the English component of courses I took at Tampa College and ILI SPC College, as preparations for my journey.

My research on institutions offering this course led me to choose New School of Architecture, because, base on its course contents, the quality of the professors, tuition cost, length of time in the field and geographical location, offer me the best opportunity to achieve my career goals.

Futuristically, I see myself working with great enthusiasm, determination and inner hunger for knowledge in all areas of the course, and graduating with the highest GPA possible. It is my belief that with the environment New School of Architecture offers and the innate qualities I now possess, the sky will be the limit for me, as far as my success in this source is concerned.

Upon acceptance at this prestigious institution, I hope to be a model student, involving myself in extra-curricular activities that will help me develop people skills and other social qualities and technical experiments essentially for future career advancement in the field of Architecture.

The grades that will appear on my resume, I believe, will be testament to my years of hard work, as well as the focus of attention of prospective employers, a few of whom I hope to associate with over a number of years, while gaining practical industry training and experience, which I hope to use in establishing my future business venture in the field.

Strategically, I hope to use my training at New School of Architecture, and the experience from working with reputable companies in the field, to develop a company that will command a niche marketing qualities, due to the level of technology, cost effectiveness, as well as the environmental friendliness that will be utilized in the delivery of Architectural products to consumers.

In closing, I hope after graduation to make sure the New School of Architecture delivery of a quality education to me, does not remain unrewarded, in that I hope to use my company to offer scholarships, apprenticeship opportunities and other tangible benefits, that will ensure it remain an institution of the highest quality in the nation, as well as a continuing major contributor to the use of architecture to improve social life and the stability of community infrastructures.
