Narrative:

This is a sales report presentation on the current status of sales in the household appliance store from the months of October towards November of this year.

The store, as noted, is divided into three particular sections, the kitchen appliances section, the laundry appliances section and the air treatment sections. Each section holds a collection of products that corresponds to the condition of function that the said categories are noted for. For instance, in kitchen appliances, several products included within this section are refrigerators, dishwashers, freezers, electric ranges, gas ranges and microwaves. On the laundry appliances section, there are only two specific appliances included which are the washers and dryers. On the air treatment section, two particular products are also included in the selection namely the room air conditioners and the dehumidifiers.

In October, the top selling appliance in the kitchen section are the refrigerators ranging at 72 pieces sold during the said month. This further increased in November to 103 items. Following the said mark of salability are the microwaves at 31 items for October and 46 sold pieces in November. The third most salable appliance in the same section are the electric ranges which were sold in 26 pieces both in October and November.

In the laundry section, washers has a higher rate of salability at 50 to 75 pieces each month compared to the 24 to 36 pieces of dryers released between October and November. On the other end, the air treatment appliances seem to be more defined by the salability of room air conditioners at 41-69 pieces between the months of October and November.

Implicative Impacts of Report:

The sales of particular appliances could be reflected from the current situation that the community experiences specifically relating to their home needs.

Suggestions and Recommendations:

Although the sales of particular appliances depend on time and season, it is suggested that increasing marketing approaches on the least selling appliances be considered. Promotions and lowered prices during the lean seasons should be considered so as to make sure that these products would be appreciated by the market as well. Among the said products include gas ranges and dehumidifiers. They could be partnered with other high-selling products during the promotional period hence allowing for a balanced release of items in the said sections of appliances.
