Essay

An unexpected gift that has emerged since beginning this course is writing. I knew that there was a passion within me for writing, but never realized it was so impounding until beginning this course and was forced to write so much.  This gift surfaced as I began answering questions and posting on the discussion boards. There were times before this experience when words seemed difficult to find relating incidences or felling a story.

Recently, words and ideas began flowing naturally as if a fountain opened. Some vocabulary and sentence constructions, which were taught to me in elementary school, started rushing to my mind as if someone was telling me the sentences to write. It was an awesome realization. Never before this ever happened to me and I struggled with writing. Now I enjoy doing it.

The issue that would still be a challenge to my writing is maintaining tenses throughout an essay. This is a weakness encountered since in high school. My teacher would always caution me about maintaining the tense of the essay. However, for simplicity it is better to adapt either present, past or future tenses. Depending on the story being related it may become necessary to change the tenses within the essay.

This post is to let my college know that apart from God who is a present help I volunteer to be the hands and feet through which God can translate himself. As such, you can count on me to be available to pray and encourage you during the challenging moments of this course. Know that, God has promised to be your comfort and strength; a very present help in every need.So do not fear when crises appear in your life
