Dear Madam,

It is with profound regret that I tender my resignation from the position of Certified Nurse Assistant at Maplewood Senior Living.

This action is as a result of current serious understaffing as well as constant discrimination and harassment to which I have been subjected to, while striving to deliver the usual high quality services the job demands

It is my firm belief that Nurse Supervisor Kathy Brown has begun taking this action against me due to my youthfulness in age as well as the rigid structure the new management has adopted.

There is no recourse for me but to resign, as I have strong perception that there is collusion between the new management of the company and Nurse Brown, and any complaint made will just fall on deaf ears.

Sadly Madam, after working for this company for over 6 years, during which I have displayed excellent work ethics and strong love and loyalty to all the company stakeholders, especially the residents, I have lost the motivation to continue.

My position has become untenable with the impact of these three variables at the same time, and as such, I must move on with my career to another more progressive organization that will place greater value and appreciation on my loyalty, people skills, sense of commitment and purpose, as well as the high level of professionalism I always bring to the job.

I wish the company well for the future as I leave.
