Abstract

The different operations of any particular business organization are practically devised to manage toward the success of the business in the market that it is enjoined with. Basically, TCS is just like other organizations aiming for the best out of the market that they are expected to save. In the documented presentation herein, showing the different strengths and weaknesses as well as the opportunities and threats that faces the business as it handles the many business challenges it needs to deal with in the industry of food servicing procedures becomes the basis of the major discussion that is to be given attention to herein.

Background of the Analysis

TCS, being an independent food service provider in the market of Connecticut, faces a huge challenge of standing up against the service giants. The instance by which the business itself tries to create a much stronger reputation in the industry indicates the need by which the organization is consistently proposed to follow a particular process of development that is directed towards modern operational developments suggesting adjustments on the part of the administration and the process by which they direct their employees towards completing the tasks that they are expected to manage. (Armstrong. M.,2006)

To be able to deal with the many requirements that the industry of food service in the modern market of consumers not only in Connecticut but also along the areas around the neighbouring states of the said area, TCS needs to be given a careful head start about their standing in the market and how they could likely face the challenges that they are up against with to ensure the reputation of their business in the industry and still be given a careful attention to that is certainly expected to give them an idea on what adjustments they could practically take into consideration as they handle the requirements of the business and the other elements that surrounds it.

SWOT Analysis Presentation

SWOT analysis stands for the divisible analysis of the different operations and considerations that an organization takes into careful attention as it creates a more clarified presentation as to how or why a particular group of business administrators should actually find a more intensive process to adjust their systems of operations to make more chances of gaining profit from the market that they are serving. (Armstrong. M.,2006)

Measuring the strength, the weaknesses, understanding the threats and finding out about the opportunities that are available for the business to take into careful attention is the main aim of every SWOT analysis presentation.  (Brendan Kitts, 2008)

SWOT Presentation Analysis

Strength

TCS deals with their clients personally. Because of this, they are in direct control of the process by which they take note on the different distinctive demands of their customers giving them the chance to further develop their service later on. Besides that, their personal interaction with the customers give them a firsthand information on the different considerations that they need to give attention to when they handle their business assignments through directly overseeing the services that they are giving and how the clients respond to their provisions during the appointed tasks. (Armstrong. M.,2006)

Weaknesses

The business has not been reported to apply any particular advanced technological procedures in their operations at present. This may be a huge issue that needs to be given attention to by the partners involved in the business. In an aim of producing a more considerably directive system of operation, it could be seen that the business partners could pre-empt a much easier to manage group of people who would rather be able to handle the challenge of scheduling as well as the challenge of dealing with the direct demands of their clients through the application of database CRM or eCRM systems. (Armstrong. M.,1996)

Opportunities

TCS has a greater chance of further affecting not only the areas to which it is directly connected to but also that of the other neighbouring areas that are in need of their services. The consideration proposed to be given into this matter could be better enhanced through the use of modern operations aided through the computer systems. The opportunity to expand is constantly opened for the business. It is with the willingness of the TCS partners to adjust their systems though that this advancement could be better realized in a shorter span of time. (Brendan Kitts, 2008)

Threats

There are other bigger organizations that are already with an established reputation in the industry, and of course, there are others that could still enter the industry. All these organizations entering and are already in the industry of food service to clients around the area poses a huge challenge on the development of TCS. Closely observing how the business fares in the challenge could actually provide the business a chance to remain in competition as the partners practically desire to do so. (Brendan Kitts, 2008)
