Essay

Subcontracting-Policy

In this section of the policies defined by FAR, it has been pointed out who the actors in subcontracting procedures are and what their primary responsibilities hold especially in relation to the conditions of imposing the contracts they form with other parties [most likely including employees, business partners and other agencies to which a particular organization wishes to form agreements with]. The information provided through this section of the FAR policy on subcontracting imposes on the need of business administrators to seek out practical ways to provide what the [other party] requires for them to complete especially if they want such assumption of agreement be established.

Prime contractors are then advised through this policy to be highly concerned about planning, awarding as well as administering the different sections of the agreement that they have formulated and written down into the documentation they present. Drafting subcontracts are also noted to have the same valuable worth as that of a full contract hence holding the creator or the administrator of the contract to be highly responsible for whatever is noted within the clauses of such agreement.

Uniform code article code

With this code addressing the overall condition of sales [including pricing and marketing activities] and how it should be handled by organizations in a uniform manner concerning all the other elements involved, project managers could be assured in finding the most effective ways to find relative resources to develop their projects due to the uniform code that guides the industries in providing them the services and products they need. On the other end, if they are at the providing side of the agreement, project managers could be well guided on how to limit their activities and set their pricing when they are aiming to provide the market with particular products and/or services they have formulated to offer.
