It is assumed that the adjustment in the perception of individuals with regards their health status would inspire them to change their attitude towards health all at the same time. It could be realized that with proper adjustment of the way of thinking of the people, their process of living would also adjust, thus making it easier for them to embrace a better essence of their health status. It could be noted that at some point, the real meaning of good program application in research in consideration with the aim of changing the situation of a certain group, depends on the motivation behind the adjustment and the strategy applied to be able to assist the public in taking better steps towards healthier lifestyles.

To note, the hypothesis to which this research shall be dependent upon are as follows:

• If humans are given a better sense of perception on their current health situation, they would be able to give attention to how they handle different issues that are relatively connected to their health status. It could be understood that with this particular thought in mind, the capacity of humans to think differently is given specific attention to.
• If individuals experiencing health issues are given a better and clearer option of understanding their situation, then they would be able to take note of how they would be able to mandate the situation and manage their options accordingly to make sure that their health would be in better stance.
• Given better options, humans are likely to become more effective in determining the possibilities of improvement that they are likely able to embrace especially in making sure that their goal of improving their health would be recognized and applied accordingly.

The Look Ahead protocol is expected to create such definite changes among those who are to undergo the research methodology that particularly emerges to provide a definite pattern that would help the participants to take a better step especially in redefining the thinking process they have towards the real status of their health. Practical options of personal development are expected to improve the perspective of the patients with regards the possibility of reducing risks among themselves especially in relation to the health cases they are in need of dealing with in consideration with their daily lives (Delahanty, 2008).  Giving them better information and better hope about their future shall provide them a distinct insistence on how to further develop a more efficient thinking pattern that would create a better essence of understanding on how they could improve their being and their health accordingly. Providing a better essence of what else could make their lives easier to bear and survive, the research hypothesis is dedicated towards proving that health status could change through effective adjustment of health perspective accordingly. This is where good judgment of current and recent situations come in and how such process of scaling could aid in creating better pathways towards improvement in connection to the lifestyle of the population being targeted.
