The approach used in the report follows a logical outline that categorizes the discussion within the report. The arrangement follows a logical style and is complete with all the required contents in reaching its conclusion. The organization of data in the article was done using a computer. The categorization and indexing of the data used in the report was done manually.  The report employs a theoretical frame work where the ideas in the report are interconnected with each other. The data contained in the article was conceptualized and presented in a manner that adequately represented and captured the theme. The theme that emerged was the improvement of the nursing practice. The report uses previous research as a basis of validating the report analysis on the matters. The integration of the data was done in a manner that allows for the proper understanding of the issues in question. There was no metaphor used to communicate the message of the report.  The use of a metaphor in the communication of the message would enhance the quality of the message. The report on the other hand lacked maps diagrams and models to demonstrate any process discussed in the report. The report does not cover the context of the issue properly. The report fails to discuss the details of the issues in question and only touches on these issues. The analysis tries to highlight the context of the issues and does not give an insightful analysis of the phenomena.

The findings in the study are summarized in an appropriate manner and give a smooth flow of the issues being addressed while using the data  in an effective way. The themes in the report capture the interpretation of the data and its explanations are in line with the data presented. The connection between the data and the findings are in agreement. The themes used in the report capture the data used by projecting the data used in the report to develop the findings. The themes give meaning to the data used in the report. The conceptualization of the themes presented in the report show a clear understanding of the issues addressed by the report.

The connection between the themes and the patterns used in the research follows a logical order and facilitates a progressive intergradation of the themes presented by the report.  The lack of utilization of maps, figures and models in the report is a shortcoming of data presentation in this report. The manner the themes and patterns are used links these patterns to the report in a persuasive manner that develops a clear analysis of the ideas employed.

The interpretations of the findings follow a concise manner that puts the themes in its right context.  The context of the findings of the report places the findings in the desired and appropriate interpretation in contrast to the aims of the study.  The findings of the report fall within the limitations of their study and only include the relevant information and do not discuss what is not included in the data. The researchers conclude the report with the implications of the study but the implications presented by the researchers does not cover every aspect it should cover.
