In both movies, health literacy matters to an individual as he/she is given the support needed to understand the information given.  Health literacy plays an important role in personal health and care. In addition, it helps when working with health care professionals since they will not concentrate on directing how to handle basic personal health activities. Health literacy helps an individual to get the correct care and support when he/she needs.

In individual health is the key point in both movies. Health literacy creates awareness on what an individual can do in case of any emergency before seeking assistance in a health facility. In most cases, health literacy is carried out in the rural areas since many people are illiterate. As a result, they can avoid any food, objects, or activities, which might affect their health without being directed by healthcare professionals. Health illiteracy will affect an individual, community, and the nation. The movies try to portray the importance of health literacy and its outcomes. When an individual is affected, the community, as well as the whole country, is affected in one way or another. Every individual is considered to be productive to the community or the country from personal contributions at various levels.

Since I will have understood better healthy literacy after watching the movies, it will help me to in explaining and showing them step by step the procedures and importance of health literacy. My colleagues in the mental field will understand better when I explain and at the same time asking them to watch the videos as compared to only explaining without the practical part. Health literacy is crucial in the family. Currently, the world is transforming to digital, which will help as I can install the video in their personal mobile phones such that they can watch as I explain about health literacy. The videos will be a guideline when educating because at the end I will show the family members dangerous objects, activities, and even food in a practical manner. People with mental illness should be handled with care. The videos will be helpful because I will explain as they watch the videos. In most cases, people with mental illness are denied the health care services because health care providers are sacred of their deeds. The video will help, as they will understand about health better after which they can practice health care services without being directed.

Personally, after watching the videos, I will be in a position to understand better any information given by the health care providers. In addition, I will be in a position to assist other people who do not understand about health care to observe basic health care activities, and they can react to emergencies.

Health care literacy is important especially in rural or residential areas. It will people to respond to any emergency before visiting the health center. Health literacy helps people to understand any information given by the health care providers. Health literacy will save live and resources because lives lost due to health illiteracy and funds used will automatically reduce.
