I mostly spend my time outside of regularly scheduled classes in reading the books of different kinds instead of wasting time in watching TV. Book reading in extra time in or outside the school benefits my life by increasing my knowledge to a large level, helping me in having relaxation and becoming confident in dealing others. I believe this regular book reading help me to enlarge my viewpoints because through this I understand further about world, people and the number of events occurring in every turn. For me book reading is one of the best ways of relaxing and entertaining. I enjoy book reading in order to reduce stress after a strict and formal environment of school. I must share that few books help me to feel comfortable and provide me more strength to continue with other daily activities. Another benefit that my habit of reading books brings is the improvement in focus and concentration because I need to focus and concentrate on what I am studying for long periods. Unlike internet posts or magazines that possibly will include small information chunks, book reading reveal the complete story. Number of people presents that if someone doesn’t use the memory then he/she can lose it. The puzzles of crossword nature are an example of on of such games that save from dangerous diseases like Alzheimer, etc. Reading books is not like a game that assists me to stretch my muscles of memory in a parallel way. However, reading demands details of remembering, details of facts literature, themes and characters.
