For me book reading is one of the best ways of relaxing and entertaining. I enjoy book reading in order to reduce stress after a strict and formal environment of school. Another benefit that my habit of reading books brings is the improvement in focus and concentration because I need to focus and concentrate on what I am studying for long periods.
