Article Review

Considering the growing number of operations that are made available for patients, a growing healthcare institution deserves the capacity to expand accordingly. It could be noted that somehow, the need to improve the concept of development that strongly empowers organizations to be more effective on how they are likely to grow into a more effective form of unit that is able to serve the community with the type of assistance that they are expected to take note of. What makes this approach more effective is that the organizations become more involved into providing what their target clients need rather than simply functioning for the sake of being able to do what is necessary from their organizational standpoint.

Healthcare organizations are particularly expected to perform according to the needs of the community. This is the reason why it is very important that if one becomes fully recognized as a servicing organization, it should be able to commit to the goodness of the general public thus aiming to create a connective indication on how the people’s needs are served while the options of operations embraced by the healthcare institution becomes fully adjusted to respond to the said needs and demands from the target clients in the market.

Being an organization dedicated to serving the needs of the public, healthcare institutions ought to take into account the need to be fully determined in using modern technology towards the ideal process of improving the overall service system of the organization. For this particular assumption of changing organizational culture through the use of a more developed information system, the pattern of IS practice to be examined for application is the use of mobile devices to update the staff members of the situations of the patients they  are expected to take care of. Practically, this approach aims to personalize the ideal approach by which the staff members recognize their responsibility towards their patients [the target receivers of their service]. The goal of such approach is to make sure that every member of the organization is given the chance to become more efficient in responding to the role that they have been given to take note of. With such efficiency, the patients are to be given full attention and are to be assisted accordingly in relation to what they need to speed up the recovery process.

To implement such changes, it could be understood that good assumption of development ought to be given proper attention to. Considerably, through time, people become more accustomed to utilizing technology in completing their most basic tasks. Nevertheless, it could not be denied that it is with the assumption of such culture among the members of the modern society that the assumption of good IS applications considered in the operation of a good healthcare institution would be based more on how technology better develops organizational competence in serving the needs of the public.

Hence, to implement new cultures and massive changes on how a healthcare organization operates, it is important to brief the members of what the changes are alongside the objectives that are drawn as the basis of the options of development that the organization is supposed to take into account. The smooth transition between the old and the new-system of operation does create a properly defined mandate on how the people are to be assisted to take on a good sense of assuming advancement that is best able to support the needs of the public with regards the consideration over effective healthcare service assistance. The constancy of communication between the administrators and the staff members being trained especially with regards the new options of operations and information sharing and update through the use of mobile technology would help so much in developing the different possibilities of advancement especially with regards speeding up the provision of service for patients needing assistance and consistent attention for better recovery.
