In consideration with the desire to establish a common and mutual process of operation between members of an organization or a team, it is essential to create a foundation of culture that would best define the overall behavior of the group. In relation to this instance, it is important to take note that human individuals have unique characteristics and aspirations which need to be put together in a unifying stance hence making it possible for a point of agreement to withstand the diversity of the population of members making up a certain organization.
