In consideration with the desire to establish a common and mutual process of operation between members of an organization or a team, it is essential to create a foundation of culture that would best define the overall behavior of the group. In relation to this instance, it is important to take note that human individuals have unique characteristics and aspirations which need to be put together in a unifying stance hence making it possible for a point of agreement to withstand the diversity of the population of members making up a certain organization. This fact has been proven through the written article of Bhappu (1997) in relation to the creation of common organizational behavior and the relation it has with media effects and communication bias.

Notably, this article introduces to the public the idea of having a great indication of effect based on the media presentations of communication diversity, which directly creates differential interaction between members of groups coming from different diverse backgrounds. Authoritatively, the authors instantiate in the study that utilizing media technology as a means of communication between team members and /or organizational employees create a strong foundation of connection amidst the differences that the people may have between each other. It insists on the idea that with the existence of modern media-technology, the creation of oneness through communication becomes possible hence also pursuing the strength of the establishment of a common behavior that is supposed to create camaraderie among the group’s members. This specifically increase performance quality which would best benefit the whole group.
