ABC’s leadership realizes diversity is not an automatic process but requires active management and commitment. The company’s diversity philosophy is guided by Standards of Excellence which are introduced to every employee during orientation and training and are available both online as well as in print. These standards are periodically reviewed and revised to accommodate the changing realities of our world.
