The American economy is seen to have been based on the development of commercialism in the country. However, because of the rise of the financial crisis, it has been realized that such dependence on commercialism has become the primary reason why the American Economy incurred massive failure after the emergence of such failure. Among the situations that further developed was the increase of the rate of unemployment which weakened the capacity of the public to incur purchasing activities. Because of this, housing projects also failed accordingly.

To resolve the situation, the need to develop the concept of inflation is considered necessary. It is assumed that through the increased rate of inflation, the treasury budget of the country could be increased accordingly. Such increase is expected to be the cause of the rise of tax profits which could further create better housing projects that are better priced for the consumers. With such approach, lower interest rates are expected to be placed upon the common consumer-products released in the market, including the housing projects dedicated to giving attention to the needs of the public.

True, this money-marking process is considered risky. Nevertheless, it is assumed that such risk is necessary and can boost the economy in the years that would come. The inflation rate increase is expected to motivate banking institutions to release funds out into the market and make use of their reserves to support projects that are dedicated to improving public funding operations thus bringing back the control to the market. With this massive approach to mandating the management of monetary funds of the government, it is expected that the financial crisis resulting to economic weakness could be resolved accordingly in the years to come.
