This has facilitated on improving developmental measures, increased, and bridged the gap between these groups of people. Program developers will perform attitude surveys and case studies (quantitative and qualitative data collection methods) on the disabled adults, for their evaluation plans after every three months. Test scores submitted to adults as measures of evaluating the program. Additionally, interviews and surveys are instruments that will be applied for effective evaluation of the literacy program. The evaluation plan will be more effective if applied by comparing results with those of their trainers, Instructional Specialist, and members of the community. Project Coordinator will evaluate the effectiveness of the program with correspondence to data collected and instruments applied to provide an overview of the program’s effectiveness. The community will also perform tests on how the literacy program has benefited them, and this will act, as a procedure, to determine how the program is fairing.
